1. General Policy

By enrolling in any training, certification, or placement service offered by Erendiz Academy (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“student,” “subscriber,” “user,” “buyer,” or “customer”) acknowledge and agree that all payments made are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except as expressly provided in this policy.

2. No Refund Policy

1. Fees once paid towards training, certification, placement support, or any related services shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. This includes but is not limited to:
   
   

1. • Non-attendance of classes,
   • Incomplete participation,
   • Personal reasons (job change, relocation, health issues, exam failure, etc.),
   • Failure to secure placement or certification.
     
     

3. Course Cancellation by Student

1. If a student voluntarily withdraws, discontinues, or cancels enrollment, no refund will be issued.
2. Fees cannot be adjusted, carried forward, or transferred to another individual or future course.
   
   

4. Course Cancellation by Erendiz Academy

1. In rare cases where Erendiz Academy cancels a course before commencement, students will be offered:

1. • A full refund OR
   • The option to transfer enrollment to another batch/program of equal value.

1. If a course is discontinued midway due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.), students will be offered a rescheduled batch or access to recorded sessions. No cash refund will be given.
   
   

5. EMI / Loan Facility

1. EMI, bank loan, or third-party financing arrangements are solely between the student and the financial institution.
2. Refunds cannot be claimed from Erendiz Academy on grounds of loan disapproval, EMI rejection, or disputes with lenders.
   
   

6. Placement Disclaimer

1. Placement support is offered as assistance only; final hiring decisions rest with employers.
2. Refunds cannot be claimed on the grounds of:

1. • Non-selection,
   • Salary dissatisfaction,
   • Delay in placement,
   • Rejection in interviews.
     
     

7. Digital Products & Materials

1. Once digital training materials (study guides, mock tests, recordings, etc.) are shared, no refund is possible.
2. Unauthorized distribution or sharing of materials will lead to termination of services without refund.
   
   

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India courts.
