Terms & Conditions

This Undertaking (“Agreement”) is executed on [Date] by the undersigned student/customer (“I,” “me,” “my”) in favor of Erendiz Academy (a trademarked brand under Erendiz Solutions India Pvt Ltd), its directors, employees, trainers, and affiliates.


1. Acknowledgment of Policies

I hereby declare that before enrolling in Erendiz Academy’s training, placement, or certification services, I have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following:

  • Terms & Conditions

     

  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

     

2. Voluntary Enrollment

I confirm that:

  1. My enrollment is voluntary and based on my personal decision.
  2. I am solely responsible for assessing the suitability of services purchased.
  3. Erendiz Academy has not made any false promises of guaranteed jobs, salaries, or certifications.

3. No Refund / Non-Transferability

I agree and accept that:

  1. All fees paid are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  2. Failure to attend classes, non-completion of training, or unsuccessful placements/certifications will not entitle me to any refund.

4. Placement Disclaimer

I understand that:

  1. Placement support is provided only as assistance.
  2. Final hiring decisions rest with employers, not Erendiz Academy.
  3. Dissatisfaction with salary, delay in placement, or non-selection will not be grounds for refund or legal claims.

5. Liability Release

I hereby release Erendiz Academy, its parent company, directors, trainers, and staff from any liability, damages, or claims arising out of:

  • My enrollment,
  • My academic performance,
  • My placement or certification outcomes,
  • Any financial or personal losses incurred by me.

6. Indemnity

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Erendiz Academy from any disputes, claims, or losses arising due to my actions, misrepresentations, or misuse of services.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India courts.

8. Declaration

I, the undersigned, declare that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all the above clauses without any force or undue influence.
