By enrolling, subscribing, or purchasing any service from Erendiz Academy (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“student,” “subscriber,” “user,” “buyer,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

1. Erendiz Academy provides training programs, placement support, certifications, and related services.
2. All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
   
   
   

3. Payments & Refunds

1. All payments made for training, certification, or placement services are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Fees must be paid in full before accessing services, unless approved under EMI or financing options.
3. EMI and bank loan facilities are handled by third-party institutions; Erendiz Academy is not responsible for approval, rejection, or disputes.
   
   
   

4. Placement & Certification Disclaimer

1. Placement support is provided as assistance only; final hiring decisions rest solely with employers.
2. Certification results depend on student performance and external examination bodies (e.g., AAPC, AHIMA, WellSky).
3. Erendiz Academy does not guarantee a specific job, salary, or certification outcome.

5. Student / Customer Obligations

By enrolling, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and updated personal, academic, and financial information.
2. Attend training sessions and comply with academic and professional requirements.
3. Use services only for lawful purposes and not engage in misconduct, plagiarism, or fraud.
   
   
   

6. Limitation of Liability

1. Erendiz Academy, its directors, employees, trainers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2. Liability (if legally mandated) shall not exceed the actual fee paid for the “TRAINING” service (excluding material cost) only but not for certification fee.
3. You agree that participation in training, certification, or placement is at your sole risk and responsibility.
   
   
   

7. Intellectual Property

1. All training materials, content, modules, and resources are the intellectual property of Erendiz Academy.
2. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce materials without written permission.
   
   
   

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Erendiz Academy, its parent company, employees, directors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from:

• Your misuse of services,
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions,

9. Termination of Services

1. Erendiz Academy may suspend or terminate your enrollment for non-compliance, misconduct, or misuse of services.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India courts.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services will mean acceptance of the revised terms.
